5. User Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide clear instructions (anchor text, URLs, requirements)
• Sellers must deliver services as agreed without unauthorized changes
• Any misuse, fraud, or spam activity may result in account suspension

6. Intellectual Property

• Users are responsible for the content they provide
• Anchor Textor is not liable for copyright violations by users

7. Limitation of Liability

• Anchor Textor is not responsible for search engine ranking changes
• We do not guarantee SEO results or traffic outcomes
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

1. Order Non-Completion

If an order is not completed as agreed, the funds will be returned to the buyer’s wallet balance on the platform.

2. Dissatisfaction with Completed Order

If a buyer is not satisfied with a completed order due to:

• Incorrect anchor text
• Unauthorized content changes
• Failure to meet agreed requirements

And the publisher refuses to make the required corrections, a refund may be issued to the buyer’s wallet balance.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is completed and confirmed by the buyer, the transaction is considered final and no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Method

• All refunds are issued to the user’s platform wallet only
• Refunds will not be processed back to original payment methods

5. Dispute Resolution

• Users are encouraged to resolve issues with sellers first
• If unresolved, Anchor Textor may intervene and make a final decision
